30 Day Challenge

  • Step Two: Accept Where You are Today
  • Weigh yourself
  • Take measurements (bust/chest, hips, waist)
  • Take a before photo
  • Do these at home on your own
  • Step Three: Get Started!
  • Take class daily for 30 or 60 days based on your Challenge
  • Option: take one day off a week to relax, play, get away
  • Step Four: Acknowledge Your Progress
  • Take class daily for 30 or 60 days based on your Challenge
  • Option: take one day off a week to relax, play, get away
  • Step Five: Celebrate the New YOU!
  • Weigh yourself
  • Take measurements (bust/chest, hips, waist)
  • Take an after photo
  • Write your personal success story to share and inspire, give to front desk staff
  • Mark your calendar for March 16th! Come celebrate the completion of your Challenge at the Celebration Party and enjoy stories from fellow challengers and receive your exclusive Challenge t-shirt (must complete the challenge). We will also have certificates and special prizes so don’t miss the fun!
