Announcement Detail | | Beginner Workshop | | Are you on the Intro Month or new to Bikram Yoga? This workshop is designed specifically for you!
If you've ever felt unsure or overwhelmed during class, this workshop will help you by providing valuable tips and advice from an experienced teacher at Bikram Yoga Dallas.
Workshops are held on the third Sunday of each month.
We are currently accepting registrations for the following dates: January 15th at 2:00 pm February 19th at 2:00 pm March 18th at 2:00 pm April 15th at 2:00 pm
We will respond to some of the most common questions and shared experiences of our first timers such as:
Why is the room hot? I feel sick/nauseous/dizzy during class. What's going on? What if I can't do some of the postures? What does it mean if I get cramps (or a headache)? I like to run, is it OK to do both? How many calories am I burning? Will I lose weight? My Intro Month is about to expire, is there a discount if I sign up now?
This is not a yoga class, we will not be practicing the postures and the room will not be heated. This is an opportunity to come together with other new students to learn more about Bikram Yoga and how to get the most out of your practice.
To reserve your space in the Beginner Workshop, you can enroll online or at the studio front desk. Space is limited to 30 students. Pay $10 to reserve you space, then when you attend the workshop $10 will be added to your account, so in effect it's FREE!
