The 2nd Annual Weekend Retreat with Rajashree Choudhury and Emmy Cleaves, two of the most renowned Bikram yoga teachers in the world will be a wonderful time to enhance and encourage our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual yoga practice. Last year this was a phenomenal event with 135 women in the beautiful Northwoods of Minnesota. We will be staying at the luxurious Grandview Lodge in Brainerd, MN. The Retreat will start at 5:00 pm on Friday evening with a greeting and Bikarm Beginning Yoga Class at 5:30 pm. Dinner will be served afterwards. All meals will be buffet and you will have several choices for vegetarians. Saturday will start with Class at 9:00 am, lunch and lectures with our second class at 5:30pm. The evening will be free for all kinds of fun and adventures. Sunday morning class starts at 9:00 am with a meal and closing ceremony to follow.
The Glacier Waters Spa at Grandview Lodge is exception and we recommend you make reservations right now since it is a busy weekend; the best times to take advantage will be Friday afternoon or Sunday afternoon.
