Yoga in my life
Yoga in my life, it's my savior, it's my friend
When I didn't want to come and when I can't believe we're already at the end
Some days are better than others
But in Dandayamana Janushirasana my left leg starts to flutter
My favorite pose is not Savasana cause stillness I must master
But camel pose and that freaky feeling afterwards
Locking the knee, holding in my stomach
Falling out of standing one leg bow pose and trying not to say *edit!*
Goal to move like fluid in and out of poses with grace
How far I've come from, sure don't miss that place
Yoga in my life, Love what it does for me
I feel light, airy, healthy, and less clumsy
6 and 9:30 am, 4:30, 6:30 so many classes
Really seriously I've found my passion
Yoga keeps me stress free
