About Bikram Yoga
Bikram's Therapeutic Hot Yoga is not just an exercise. It is a powerful healing system scientifically designed to restore and maintain your health and well being.

In order to be effective, yoga must be practiced daily or on a regular basis with no long lapses of time between lessons. A minimum commitment of 10 lessons in 30 days is required to derive maximum benefit from this yoga program.
In order to receive maximum benefit from the practice of this yoga, the following ingredients must be offered:

  • Pure Bikram Yoga, with nothing added to, or subtracted from, the 90 minute class

  • Highest quality of instruction from Bikram Certified teachers who maintain
    up-to-date recertification

  • A carpeted room, heated to a minimum of 105° with 50 - 60% humidity

  • Directors who maintain a relationship with Bikram and Rajashree Choudhury
